GBA - Babar To the Rescue
It's everyone's favorite Elephant Babar in Nintendo's BABAR TO THE RESCUE for the Game Boy Advance. Based on the series of poplar children's books, the game is designed for younger gamers who love the elephant king and his family. In Celesteville, capital of Babar's kingdom, his two sons Pom and Alexander are playing hide and seek with their cousin Arthur and the monkey Zephir. They think they've found the perfect hiding place: inside the basket of one of two hot air balloons. But after the get inside, the rope snaps, and the two elephants are sent soaring into the sky. Seeing his sons' plight, Babar jumps in the second balloon and sets off after them. The gameplay in BABAR TO THE RESCUE is a cross between action and puzzle-solving, but the game includes many different tutorials and hints so even the youngest gamer will understand what's required. There are eight different levels to guide Babar through. As he searches for his sons, he will have to cross rivers, swing from vines, climb a snowy mountain, and more. The game combines puzzles, exploration, platform action, and adventure in a way that faithfully recreates the BABAR TO THE RESCUE story. Younger gamers are sure to enjoy BABAR TO THE RESCUE, and their parents will find the game is one of few non-violent games. BABAR TO THE RESCUE the game is well-designed and was made with the younger gamer in mind, allowing them to have a fun time interacting with Babar and his friends.
