PS2 - Extermination
While survival horror has been around for several years starting with the first RESIDENT EVIL game on the PlayStation EXTERMINATION looks to take things one step further. In fact, the developers prefer to refer to this game as Panic Action, in that you?re always on the move and there?s plenty of action to be found. You?re Dennis Riley, a commando in a U.S. Special Forces unit, and you?ve been sent to Fort Stewart on the South Pole to investigate some strange happenings. Unlike typical survival horror games where you lumber from place to place looking for action, in EXTERMINATION you don?t know the meaning of slow, as you?ve got to move fast in order to stay alive. You?ll be up against some biogenetic mutants that, if they encounter you, will infect you with a virus that will slowly take over your body. If you?re not able to find an antidote in time, you?ll join the ranks of the mutants. If you?re looking for some more action in your action games, then EXTERMINATION will give it to you.
