PSP - MLB '06: The Show
SCEAs major league baseball series, MLB, continues with MLB 06: THE SHOW for the PSP. With new modes and plenty of official MLB players, teams, stadiums, and more, MLB 06: THE SHOW improves on the MLB series while adding new and interesting features. One of the new modes added to THE SHOW is rivalry mode. Rivalry mode is all about finding a friend and then beating them in a series of 83 games using the same teams. THE SHOW keeps track of all the statistics and allows players to see exactly how they stand up against each other. Rivalry mode also allows players to change the difficulty for each team, allowing experienced players to take a handicap when playing against newcomers. Another new mode is King of the Diamond. In it, two teams face off to see which can score the most home runs. There are no fielders in this mode, allowing players to focus completely on hitting runs. In addition to these new modes, MLB 06: THE GAME includes MLB 2006s career mode and franchise mode, and both have been tweaked a bit to provide better interfaces and gameplay. In addition to all of its off-line modes, THE SHOW also includes a number of online options, including both online rivalries and online King of the Diamond modes.
